RESOLUTION 2018 -09, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN DIMAS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CERTAIN DEMANDS FOR THE MONTHS OF JANUARY AND FEBRUARY 2018 RECOMMENDED ACTION; Waive further reading and approve Resolution 2018 -09. c. Award the Annual Concrete Maintenance Services Contract 2018 -01 to CT &T Concrete Paving Inc. including three optional 2 -year extensions in the amount of up to $85,000 per fiscal year (plus 15% Contingency) 1. Award the Annual Concrete Maintenance Services MC 2018 -01 to CT &T Concrete Paving Inc. with initial contract period being in effect through June 2018, with three optional 2 -year extensions in the amount up to $85,000 per fiscal year (plus 15% Contingency) 2. Authorize the City Manager or the Public Works Director to enter into agreement with CT &T Concrete Paving, Inc. starting with the amount of $85,000 per fiscal year (plus City Council Minutes February 27, 2018 Page 3 15% Contingency) for year -one ending at the end of June 2018 and thereafter including three optional 2 -year extensions. d. Authorize the City Manager or the Public Works Director to enter into agreement with Paveco Construction, Inc. starting with the amount of $85,000 (plus 15% contingency) for one year ending at the end on June 2018 and thereafter including three optional 2 -year extensions. e. City Council Minutes February 27, 2018 Page 4 RECOMMENDED ACTION:, Approve the closure of Bonita Avenue on April 22, 2018 subject to final approval by the Traffic Safety Committee. MOTION: Motion/second by Councilmembers Vienna /Badar to approve the closure of Bonita Avenue on April 22, 2018 subject to final approval by the Traffic Safety Committee. Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Construction Authority (Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BS 171326) 51 Pirelli noo I Big City Attorney Mark Steres reconvened in the city council chambers and announced, the City Council met and discussed the lawsuit against the Gold Line Authority and specifically discussed the Bonita/Cataract intersection improvements and the parking structure issues. Councilmember Vienna left the closed session at 8:25 pm following the Bonita/Cataract intersection discussion and did not participate in the parking structure discussion.
