Mayor Morris made the presentation along with representatives from the H.E.R.O.E.S. organization. Taryn Gilbert SPC Lopez mother thanked him for his service. Parks and Recreation Department Halloween Activities on October 31, including Downtown Trick or Treat on Bonita Avenue from 3:30 -5:30 p.m. and Halloween Spectacular at the Civic Center Plaza from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. Recreation Coordinator Jeff Freeth made the announcement for this event.
