COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS ACTION: Motion/seconded by Councilmember Ebiner/Councilmember Vienna to authorize the execution and delivery of financing documents to refinance certain 1998A bonds and directing certain actions with respect thereto. Motion carried 5-0. COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS ACTION: Motion/seconded by Councilmember Weber/Mayor Pro Tern Bertone to adopt Resolution 2020-55. Motion carried 5-0. Letter of Support for Lone Hill Park ACTION: Motion/seconded by Stormwater Infiltration Project per Councilmember Vienna/Councilmember Weber to approve letter approve Resolution Resolution 2020-56 — Approving and 2020-56. Motion carried 5-0. authorizing the Mayor to sign letter of support on behalf of the City Council for the Lone Hill Park stormwater project application to the Safe Clean Water Regional Program 2019-20 COVID-19 Financial Update- ACTION: Motion/seconded by Approving a budget increase amendment of Councilmember Vienna/Councilmember $10,000 in account 001.4308.020.015 Ebiner to approve a budget increase amendment as recommended by staff. Motion carried 5-0. COVID-19 Update Interim City Manager Brad McKinney announced that the City is working with restaurants to install canopies or shades to protect customers from the weather. Gold Line Update Interim City Manager Brad McKinney summarized closures on streets. Councilmember Ebiner recused himself due to his conflict of interest owning property within 500 ft of the location. Public Works Director Shari Garwick announced Metro Gold Line Authority sent the City a notice of public hearing on proposed resolution of necessity at 344 W. Bonita Avenue.
