Approve Resolution 2021-09, for the ACTION: Motion/seconded by Warrant Register of February 26, 2021 in Councilmember Vienna/Mayor Pro Tern the amount of $1,076,779.49. Bertone to approve the consent calendar as b. Summary of Senate Bill 9 — Increased presented. The motion carried by 5-0 vote. Density in Single Family Zones c. Review and Approve Resolution 2021-10 Adopting a Permit Parking Policy and Parking Permit Fees d. San Gabriel Valley Council of Government Updates e. Approve Project Change and Execution of new Grant Agreement for Mobile Source Pollution Reduction (MSRC) Grant OTHER BUSINESS ITEMS COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS Initiation of a Municipal Code Text ACTION: Motion/seconded by Mayor Pro Amendment to amend Chapter 18.140 C-G Tern Bertone/Councilmember Vienna to the Creative Growth Zone to Allow for formerly request to initiate a MCTA to Chapter 18.140 Established Second Floor Residential Units in C-G. Motion passed 4-0-1 with the CG-2 Frontier Village Area to be Councilmember Ebiner's recusal due to Reestablished as a Conditional Use conflict of interest in owning property within 500 ft. of the area. Mid -Year Budget Review and Recommended ACTION: Motion/seconded by Budget Amendments Councilmember Vienna/Councilmember Weber to approve budget amendments recommended by staff. Motion carried 5-0. COVID-19 Update -City Council Evaluation of ACTION: Motion/seconded by Mayor Past Meeting Structure including Public Badar/Councilmember Vienna to continue the Comment Process, and Direction for Any current meeting process and reassess in the Changes for Future Meetings future if needed. Motion carried 3-2 vote with Councilmembers Bertone and Ebiner voting opposed. COVID-19 Update City Manager Constantin provided update. Gold Line Update City Manager Constantin provided update. CLOSED SESSION COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS Successor Agency and City Council Closed City Attorney stated there was no reportable Session Conference with Real Property action taken.
