Adopt Resolution 2021-62, Certain MOTION: Motion/seconded by Demands for September 30, 2021 in the Councilmembers Ebiner/Vienna to approve amount of $147,587.86 and October 15', items 1,2,3,5,6,7,8. Motion carried 5-0. 2021 in the amount of $513,386.35 2. Approve Action Minutes for September Councilmember Ebiner requested item 4 be 28th, 2021 City Council Meeting pulled for brief report by staff. 3. Receive and File Report on Budget Carryovers from 2020-21 Fiscal Year to 2021-22 Fiscal Year MOTION: Motion/seconded by 4. Approve Facility Use Agreement with Bonita Unified School District for the San Dimas Recreation Center 6. Approve Five Year Consulting Services Agreement with Lead Tech Environmental for Lead, Asbestos, and Mold Testing for $75,000 per year costs reimbursable through CDBG allocation 7. Approve Facility License Agreement with Mohammed Tovanna dba Mobile Welding, Inc. for the Rodeo Arena located near the San Dimas Equestrian Center 8. COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS No action was taken. MOTION: Motion/seconded by Councilmembers Vienna=eber to adopt Resolutions 2021-63 and 2021-64 with modified language for Resolution 2021-63 conditions #12 and #13 as presented by staff reflecting requirement for a vehicle queuing study and limitation of the length of any vehicle queue. Motion carried 4-1 with Councilmember Bertone opposed. MOTION: Motion/seconded by Councilmembers Vienna/Bertone to adopt Resolutions 2021-65. Motion carried 5-0. COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS MOTION: Motion/seconded by Councilmembers Vienna/Bertone to approve the proposed revisions to PPD 1 Boundaries. Motion carried 5-0. COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS MOTION: Motion/seconded by Councilmembers Bertone/Vienna to appoint Frida Sarehraz and Sean Cazares to the Senior Citizen Commission. Motion carried 5-0. MOTION: Motion/seconded by Councilmembers Vienna/Ebiner to reappointed Jesse Ash to a second term on the Golf Course Advisory Committee. Motion carried 5-0.
